Scott Fowler is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. and has been credentialed in that denomination since 1991. He is currently an associate pastor at the Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle in Smithtown, New York.

Pastor Scott has been married to his wife Penny for almost twenty-eight years and has three children: Seth, 25; Katie, 21; and Grayson, 9.

Pastor Scott graduated in 1991 from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas with a Bachelor of Music degree. He attended what is now called the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, TN, gradutating from there in 1994 with a Master of Divinity degree. In 2006 he graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Doctor of ministry degree. He also has a year of study in the PhD program at Regent University.
